What do I need?

Requirements for video consultation with tablet or smartphone

  • A smartphone or tablet

     

    • Android version 5 or higher

       

    • iOS (iPhone, iPad) version 11 or higher

       

  • The mynexuzhealth app. You will find the application in the Google Play Store and in the App Store.

     

  • Internet, preferably Wi-Fi connection.

     

  • Give permission to use the built-in webcam, speakers and microphone during the video consultation.
