How do I set up notifications?

You decide whether you want to receive a notification by email, when and for which information.

Via the website www.mynexuzhealth.com

Step 1: Log in at www.mynexuzhealth.com with your eID card reader or itsme®.

Step 2: Click on the profile icon at the top.

Step 3: Go to ‘Notifications’.

Step 4: Enable ‘Allow notifications’ and enter the email address where you want to receive notifications and when. Disable ‘Allow notifications’ if you do not want to receive email updates.

Via the Mynexuzhealth app

Step 1: Click ‘Settings’. On an iPhone, you will find this button at the top left. On an Android device, you will find it in the menu.

Step 2: Go to ‘Email preferences’.

Step 3: Enable ‘Allow notifications’ and enter the email address where you want to receive notifications. Disable ‘Allow notifications’ to stop receiving emails.

Tip: via ‘Profile’, you can easily remove, change or add email addresses.
