Setting up notifications

You can enable and disable e-mail reminders yourself. You can determine whether you receive a reminder e-mail, when, and for which information.

Step 1: First, log in to www.mynexuzhealth.be via 'CSAM' (eID card reader or 'itsme®') or the code card.

Step 2: Then click on your 'Profile icon' at the top.

Step 3: Then proceed to 'Notifications'.

Step 4: Enable 'Allow notifications' and enter the e-mail address where you would like to receive notifications, and when. Disable 'Allow notifications' if you do not want to be notified via e-mail.

Step 1: Click on 'Settings'. On the iPhone, you will find this at the top left. And in the menu on an Android device.

Step 2: Continue to 'Email preferences'.

Step 3: Enable 'Allow notifications' and enter the e-mail address where you wish to receive notifications. Disable 'Allow notifications' to stop receiving emails.

For information: you can delete, change or add email addresses in your 'Profile’.
