Under the name nexuzhealth pro  , nexuzhealth also builds specific solutions to manage medical records in the various first-line disciplines.

We are currently working on software for GPs and home nurses; other first-line disciplines and specialists with their own practice will follow later.

    Alle functionaliteiten, die u nodig heeft als huisarts, zijn beschikbaar binnen de gebruiksvriendelijke software nexuzhealth pro. De software ondersteunt de dagelijkse manier van werken binnen huisartsenpraktijken.

  • Ontwikkeld voor en met huisartsen

    De software is vanaf de start ontwikkeld voor gebruik binnen huisartsenpraktijken. Daarbij hebben we gebruikersgroepen van huisartsen samengesteld die inspraak hebben gekregen in de functies van de software. Zo zijn de functies optimaal afgestemd op uw noden als huisarts.

  • Samenwerking binnen en buiten uw praktijk

    Onze gebruiksvriendelijke applicatie ondersteunt niet enkel de werking van uw praktijk, maar draagt ook bij aan een efficiënte communicatie en multidisciplinaire samenwerking tussen verschillende zorgverleners. Zo heeft u bijvoorbeeld rechtstreeks inzage in de ziekenhuisdossiers van uw patiënten in de aangesloten ziekenhuizen.

  • Gehomologeerd door de NCAZ

    Nexuzhealth pro werd door de NCAZ (Nationale Commissie Artsen-Ziekenfondsen) aanvaard als softwarepakket voor huisartsen. Hierdoor zullen huisartsen bij gebruik van dit nieuwe softwarepakket recht hebben op de geïntegreerde praktijkpremie.

  • Gehomologeerde gebruiksvriendelijke software

    Alle functionaliteiten, die u nodig heeft als thuisverpleegkundige, zijn beschikbaar binnen de gebruiksvriendelijke software nexuzhealth pro. Bij lancering zal het pakket volledig gehomologeerd zijn waardoor u in aanmerking komt voor de telematicapremie.

Secure access

A closely monitored system of access rights secures the access to patient records. Only healthcare providers with a therapeutic relationship with the patient are granted access.

  • Jobinhoud

    Daarna volgen er 1 à 2 gesprekken met toekomstige teamleads en teamleden.

  • Voorstel

    We doen een voorstel tot aanwerving.
